Paula was recommended by a friend, so I thought she’d do a great job. She came to my house about half a dozen times, the last time she came I asked her to clean my refrigerator. Upon doing so, she hit one of the bottom drawers when taking it out and put a huge chip on the edge. I watched her do it with my own eyes.
