Great experience with Paula. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and trustworthy. The building her office is located in can be a bit confusing upon first visit, but once inside you'll find seating and a water machine to use if you need it. Paula has quite the personality. Outgoing and too much energy for one woman, she knows how to respect the energy and vibes you give off if you are the quiet non-talking type. Paula is the best massage therapist for pinpointing the origin of pain and working out the appropriate muscles. Her knowledge of anatomy and structure are beyond excellent!!! I feel so much better after seeing her.

I can't say enough good things about Paula. She is a wonderful person and an even better therapist. She knows her stuff and within 5 min had my issues figured out and a plan of attack to resolve my shoulder , neck and hip pain. I am a Taekwondo teacher and a contractor so I have been hard on my body. I am looking forward to more sessions with Paula!
I have a very painful pinched nerve in my neck. I have found great relief from Paula’s massage. She seemed very educated and experienced. She did a great job working on my neck. She was delightful to talk with and really understood my pain. I am definitely going back.
