I can't say enough good things about Paula. She is a wonderful person and an even better therapist. She knows her stuff and within 5 min had my issues figured out and a plan of attack to resolve my shoulder , neck and hip pain. I am a Taekwondo teacher and a contractor so I have been hard on my body. I am looking forward to more sessions with Paula!
I have a very painful pinched nerve in my neck. I have found great relief from Paula’s massage. She seemed very educated and experienced. She did a great job working on my neck. She was delightful to talk with and really understood my pain. I am definitely going back.
Every massage with Paula is amazing. She has taken the time to know me and my body so that she can give it what it needs. I have never experienced the level of comfort and relief that Paula skillfully provides.
Paula is very knowledgeable about the body’s muscles & joints. While she always asks me about any soreness I have & concentrates time to that, she can detect where I am sore or stiff without me telling her. I highly recommend Paula’s Massage Therapy.
