Firstly, I have to start off with saying the lady who came to my house did a wonderful job. I have no problems with her. She is the only reason it didn't get 1 star. But as for the company itself, they are terrible. I had an appointment time of 9am, and at 9:30 I called to check up. They told me they had thought I canceled, apparently they mixed me up with other cancelations. After telling her my address again, she promised someone would be there in 30-40 minutes.
