Had to order a casket spray. Paul was very understanding and helpful. There was a problem with the delivery because of Shannon Rose Hill cemetary, NOT Paul's issue. Paul called me and stayed in contact to get the issue resolved. The spray turned out beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend this florist.
