I have filled out several reviews on Trihealth, not realizing most people come to Google when looking for a physician. Dr. Villarejo, and her staff (Michael and Jaysherri), are the best! I never feel rushed (and they are busy), and Dr Villarejo listens with concern, reviews My Chart to assess what's occurred since my last visit, answers my questions, and lays out an action plan. I've never called, or submitted questions in my chart, that I didn't receive a timely response. I'm pleased that I find her group!
I liked Dr Villarejo when I first started seeing her. However this last time when I went to see her, she was very fast with her answers just trying to move on to the next patient. Then I had some very concerning symptoms this last week, emailed her Friday and again on Monday. She didnt respond until Wednesday just saying go to urgent care. I talked with my brother in law and he asked me to get a blood test done. I asked her if she could send that in and she is now logging that as an e visit to make more money. Dr. Villarejo is an excellent Dr. she’s understanding, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Excelente profesional !! Saco todas mis dudas ! Responde muy rápido a mis preguntas y es muy amable ! recomiendo a la Dra Paula Villarejo 100% . La asistente tambien es muy amable ! Todo el personal es muy bueno! . ! Excellent professional!! She answers my questions quickly and is very kind! I recommend the doctor Paula Villarejo 100%. The assistant is also very kind!
