We are a family owned local bakery and coffee shop in Huntington, Wv. We specialize in homemade cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, French Macarons, pastries, cookies, fudge and more. Most weekends consist of 2-3 weddings every week. On staff my bakery consists of 3 Pastry Chefs, 3 artist for cakes, baristas and many cupcake decorators. Our passion is the love we put into our delicious baked goods and the locally roasted South American espresso blend coffee beans!

I was just at PVC and bought a cake and a coffee, moments later the staff was helping me so I could get cleaned up and they replaced my coffee! I haven’t tried the cake yet but it looks delicious. Highly recommend

Paula Vega Cakes has literally the best brownies I have ever eaten and I absolutely LOVE and highly recommend the Strawberry Cupcake it’s literally the best flavor I have tried and eaten anywhere. Plus they always have a variety for any occasion. And Paula is literally one of the sweetest and most kind people I have met.

I order all my cakes from here they have been amazing . from the taste to the freshness of them . I am very pleased with their cupcakes as well . 🤗🤗🤗
Cake was very disappointing. The only thing good was the icing-pretty expensive icing. I sent request detailed through email and got an acknowledgment that someone would be contacting me in 24 hours. Nothing. Went into store and they “wouldn’t have time” do do any color decoration to cake-just writing because they had too many orders”. Had they answered me they had more than a week to prepare. The cake was really bad. It tasted like it was just thrown together. PV is nothing special anymore. Completely unprofessional.
Do NOT recommend! The left is what we ordered, right is what we were given after RUDLY being told we were “ungrateful” once questioning why it looked as it does. Never again!
