They give preferential treatment to certain guests. It felt like I was back in my 20s waiting in line to get in while other get to cut in because they are special. Even though we all pay the same amount and make an appointment. Did not feel welcoming. Edit : I see the manager replied to my review BUT it was the owners call to remove the technician that began doing my nails to go to the “VIP guest”. Every worker present did what they were told including the manager.
