First time I've been here my regular nail place was closed and it was last minute.. literally was so packed thought it was a good thing but now I realize that they cleanliness of the tools or products used is not something they have experience with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paula’s Nail Spa is truly the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is amazing — especially Chloe, Jill, and Jonathan. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched. The salon is incredibly clean, the customer service is outstanding, and they always make you feel welcomed. I’ve come here a couple of times and each time has been worse than the last.I just left now,mad as hell because the lady doing my nails was quite literally rushing through our appointment.I’ve never had a full acrylic classic French done in under 30 minutes.The nails are messy,chipped on the ends and I paid $117 for it.Not coming back here again,too many chances have been given.
Absolutely the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Impolite employees, not a word of English they understand. Do not listen to what a client wants and keep doing what they want.
