Paula Rice assisted our daughter last year with buying a townhouse, so when we were ready to sell our house, we chose Paula and she delivered! Paula was patient and answered all our questions and was available whenever we needed her. She walked us thru the process and getting our house ready for pictures and listing. The list price was right on as the house sold in 3 days! We appreciated Paula's expertise and guidance throughout this experience.

Paula was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was quick to answer questions, was very honest about the houses I sent her, and was helpful in reassuring me as a first time home buyer. If you want someone supportive, genuine, kind, and willing to go to bat for you, it's 1000% Paula. If I ever plan to buy/sell or know someone else looking to buy/sell, I'd recommend Paula ten times over! I honeslty feel like my words aren't doing her enough justice!
