My appointment has been rescheduled 3 times in a row. Each time it is pushed back 1.5 months. Terrible customer patient care. Received the message below. Called two different times. You get the option of leaving a voice message, which is never returned. Further adding to the frustration.
She is friendly, intelligent, well informed and helpful with my rare Neurological condition. She spent time listening to me, and understanding my needs. I feel extremely comfortable being in her care, and excited about her ideas to get me to a healthy future. I also love her MA, Caitlin! She is super sweet and genuinely loves her job!
