When my 16 month old daughter had a high fever we immediately called James River Pediatrics and was seen by Paula within 2 hours. It was our first time meeting but her personality felt like she had known us forever. She took her time to listen to our concerns and provide help and next steps. Paula, we truly appreciate you and your expertise. Thank you for caring for our daughter so well. The entire team at JRP is incredible!
I have had a wonderful experience at James River Pediatrics. The registration process was seamless and everyone working there has been very friendly. Dr. Pittinger has been so helpful and patient. As first time parents, she happily answers all of our questions and puts us at ease.
