DR Pecen and the whole team attended me professionally and respectfully
I have been a patient of Dr Pecen for nearly 2 years. She has always been respectful, knowledgeable & kind. I am presently taking eye injections for GA. She has a very light hand giving the injections, as of yet no pain. She answers my questions quickly & honestly. I certainly do appreciate her & her care.
Dr Pecen If I could give a lower grade I would. We had a terrible experience with our appointment. Disinterested…not communicative with what was going and very rough with my son. She was flip about every question and rarely gave more than a one word answer. The eye test before the appointment..the lady didn’t tell him to take off his glasses so when we saw the doctor, she said “his vision is good enough” I said well he had his glasses on and she “ok” We were rushed out with no answers or any way to get more info.
