Our agent died at another agency and out of the blue I received a call from Paulo stating that “ Inszone had acquired our account from that agency that closed, not related to Inszone” At first being skeptical I thought it was a scam but I confirmed. Disappointing experience. Waited two weeks without a single quote. Others were able to do it within 2 days... If I kept waiting, it would have delayed closing. Also, if I didn't email, there was no response. And when I emailed, agent made me feel that I am being pushy.
