Paula is awesome. Warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable. She really focus's on me and gets right down to business. She responds to emails and the fact that she really cares and really listens is a huge comfort. Conventional doctors couldn't figure out or didn't want to figure out what was wrong with me,but Paula did right away. 10 star rating from me.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Paula is flexible with appointment times and is open on Saturdays, which is a big help for my schedule. I have referred many friends to Paula for nutritional counseling, dietary programs and intestinal disease issues. She is extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed my gluten intolerance on my first visit nearly 6 years ago, something that none of my doctors could figure out in more than 40 years! I am a practicing Internist and have been using Ms Mendelsohn's expertise for my patients for over 20 years. I finally went to her myself 10 years ago and have been healthier for it ever since. She is extremely thorough and is able to tailor your plan to your needs. Her one on one supportive style is excellent. I have not found any other nutrtionist to be as concerned and thorough as she.
