I had a great experience when I went to the office last year. I delayed my follow up visit this year due to Covid 19. But, when I called the office, there was a recording that the office is permanently closed and patients were referred to a Dr. John Nelson. So, I called that office and made an appointment. But, I eventually found out that Dr. John Nelson's office is very selective as it relates to insurance providers. Apparently, they only accept PPO insurance.
