I am able to call and request an appointment right away and she is so accommodating. I love the way she blow dries my hair. Totally recommend this salon!

Normally, it is not an owner of a salon that typically is the person with the worst customer service. However, you will get this from the owner here. I tend to stick with a salon and did so here for more than a year, but got fed up with how uncomfortable the owner made me feel as a client. I think she should not offer to handle 4c hair since she shamed my hair texture most times I showed up, will ask if I just got braids removed, when that is just my natural hair texture.
