Paula is a top notch, cranial sacral and Massage Therapist. She helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life after a car accident. Her care and attention has helped my body to heal and recover from injury. After a session with Paula, I feel less pain and a greater sense of well-being and balance. Paula is a remarkable person and healer, and I would give her my highest recommendation!
I had a wonderful experience with Paula! I went into the massage with lots of tension in my jaw, neck and shoulders, and she paid extra attention to those areas. By the end of the session, I was tension-free and she said my energy level was completely different. I highly recommend Paula if you are looking for relief from tension and are open to a different technique than deep tissue massage.
