She is very thorough. Polite, good bedside manner.
Always quick and to the point. Never fails when diagnosing or giving prescriptions. Very comfortable to talk to and the staff are amazing!
I believe the positive reviews must be submitted by people she knows because after reading the negative reviews those seem more accurate. After my horrible experience there and with her rude front desk staff NEVER again will I go there.
Waited over 2 hours to NOT see the doctor. I could hear her chatting in the next room for 45 minutes with a different patient about absolutely nothing necessary. How disrespectful of someone’s time can this woman be!
The staff is always pleasant. Dr. Benchik always takes her time to hear what you have to say. She saved my life years back. I wasn't even her patient. I took my daughter in there for a school athletics exam. She looked at me and could tell something wasn't right with me. (I'd been sick for months and my doctor at the time couldn't figure it out.) All doctors should care as much a s Dr. Benchik. Hands down, the most invested, caring, and comprehensive doctor I’ve seen in 50 years. I just don’t understand the venom some have for Drs. Dr..Benchik won’t take crap from people, everyone deserves respect. If you want a Dr to fight and advocate for you, Dr Benchik is truly the best.
Horrible!!!! This doctor has NO idea what she is talking about! Don’t know how she even got her medical license. She is also VERY rude to her patients and staff.
Terrible. Her staff is disorganized and self interested. Her employee Amanda caused so many complications for me by not relating info to dr or telling her straight up lies. My health is at risk and Amanda cares only about herself and keeping her job instead of prioritizing patient care. I’ve seen benchik 7 times in last six months and i still have no diagnosis and I’m getting worse. Such a waste of my time. If u want an attentive doctor with a professional staff look elsewhere!!
I have seen Dr. Benchik since 2012. She treats my entire family. Dr. Benchik is a wonderful person and doctor. She is an aggressive advocate for her patients, ensuring that they receive the best medical care even when they are referred from her office to see other specialists. Dr. B. really cares deeply about her patients, which is rare in this modern world of managed healthcare. She is definitely worth the wait!
