She is the worse unprofessional. Have ethical irresponsible one star is over doing it. Being there one time with my son. Nobo5 there it took then one hour to see him gave a fallow up appointment cancel with no consideration for med during the holiday.
I have been a patient for several years happy at first Dr. Francis has a revolving door of providers every appointment I have to chase my meds Dr Francis makes decisions about patient care without notifying the patient they suck and I suggest no one becomes her patient they do not care my name is Janiece Jimenez and they will be reported
I think she is the best.
Dr. Paula-Ann Francis and her staff are INCREDIBLE!!!!! They are welcoming, patient, and understanding. My journey with mental health has been a long one and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Francis. Five stars for this office is just not enough. If you are looking for a professional that truly cares and wants to help, please give her a visit. You will not regret it. Also, if you are looking for a nonprescription treatment that will change your life, please ask her and her staff about TMS. It has changed my life!!!
