I moved to Dr. Tanasa after Dr. Meyerson retired and regret not leaving the practice sooner. She regularly told me that she saw no reason I had ever been diagnosed with lupus and took me off of all medications. When I’d message her about joint pain or skin rashes, she’d tell me that she couldn’t evaluate that for me or tell me if it was lupus; I needed to see other providers. I wish I could give zero stars. Condescending, rude, and frankly racist. Didn't listen to my symptoms, but was so quick to make a snap judgement. If it's not easily diagnosable she's not interested. Save yourself the aggravation and find another, actually competent physician.
Dr Tanasa is an exceedingly professional, tremendously thorough, and deeply caring rheumatologist. I am so grateful that my body and my health are under her exquisite care.
