VERY disappointed in the service I recently received! My daughter needed to see an eye specialist however was not assisted at all with the referral needed. I had to call them several times just to be told I needed to take her in 2 days before he specialist appt to see if she would be approved for the referral (which could take another week). Not sure how they feel, but my daughter's vision is high priority! Needless to say, I am still waiting on a callback from the doctor to voice the lack of communication by his staff. Sadl... read more
Good Doctor, sadly his office staff needs training on customer service and learning how to speak with people.
I love him and his staff are so kind and professional I actually travel to him all the way from Plano tx my kids love him since they were born wouldn't trade him for the world.
