I’m very disappointed with how unprofessionally this dermatologist office handled my visit. I called a day before my appointment to confirm whether they accept my Medi-Cal insurance. The receptionist assured me that they did, asked me to email photos of the front and back of my insurance card, and scheduled me for a 2:30 PM appointment. She clearly told me I was "all set" and that there would be no copay or out-of-pocket cost. Unfortunately getting in touch with their staff is extremely difficult after trying multiple times and leaving voice messages that no one will return. Sadly staff said they would call back to help with my prescription and never got a call back! Recently was at the office and had a pleasant experience it almost a week later and can’t get my prescription after paying so much money for a visit!

I am being treated for psoriasis. Dr. Yamauchi diagnosed me right away. A year ago I went to another dermatologist who told me I had eczema. Dr. Yamauchi did a biopsy to confirm his diagnosis of psoriasis. The biological injection that was prescribed by Dr. Yamauchi is working out well after 2 months. I’m happy w Dr. Yamauchi.
