Everything seemed fine until something went wrong—then it became clear how little this business cares about its customers. The staff, especially the front desk, was rude and unhelpful. As long as things go smoothly, it’s fine, but the moment you need assistance or face an issue, their true colors show. Disappointing experience.

Dr. Paul Lin has been my dentist for over 20 years and I intend to stay with him for many years to come. Don’t be late for appointments (while we can’t control traffic, we control when to leave and if we make it on time for an appointment). He is the first and only dentist I’ve been a patient of (10+ dentists) that gives shots to numb my mouth for dental work that do not hurt.

Dr. Lin is the type of dentist we all look for - technically sound in his expertise, while also being honest/transparent in the treatment plan. He easily could’ve charged for a more intensive plan but he didn’t. Instead, he walked me through a less invasive approach- saving me money (and pain ). Highly recommend!
