I would not recommend him. I went to him many years ago for major GI issues, and he did nothing other than tell me I had IBS. He didn't run tests and basically blew me off. I ended up going to a new doctor a few years later but the damage was already done. I was diagnosed with Crohn's and had significant stricturing that was irreversible. Find another doctor!! Oh, and I also waited two hours to see him every visit.

Dr. Wright has the bedside manners of a cucumber and office staff has NO customer service experience. Received letter for 6 month follow up, left several messages for return call to schedule. Finally scheduled and then calls from his office start coming, giving me the impression, he did not want to see me. Could tell scheduling department, happy I called to cancel. Leaving himand his crew and finding someone who might even pretend to care!

Extremely unconcerned and does not appear to be interested in listening to the patient. Rushes. Has stood us up 3 times for appointments and on the third time I chose not to reschedule again and asked for a refund for the appointment I pre paid for and was stood up for. His receptionist said "ok" and hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never recommend him to anyone.

I began seeing Dr. Wright when he only had an office in Greenville. I've had three procedures by him and the last two experiences at his office were unacceptable. All he did was type on his laptop with his back to me and print out a sheet telling me if I 'got rid of my stress' then I wouldn't have stomach issues. I've tried to get medical records multiple times (after being on hold for long periods). Once was told it would take 3 days, called and now it's 2 weeks. Never again.

I do not care for his bedside manner. He does not spend anytime with his patient. It his more interested in getting the next patient in so that he can make more money. Also, the tech that put in my IV didn't get it in my vein, therefore I was not totally out during the procedure. Plus, this made a large bruise. Then, the office staff tells me that I am paid in full; then a bill shows up for $351.62, looks like I am not paid in full and the staff has no clue what they are talking about.
