Beware! FEMA hired this crew for our house elevation. He was lowest bidder and didn't care about doing a good job. We are still doing repairs to work his crew and subcontractors messed up, damaged and did incorrectly. Many items did not pass NC inspections or codes!
If you hire Paul, listen to Paul. He has great ideas on construction, color schemes, and other details to make your house what you want it to be. Paul works with you to put together an estimate based on your blueprints and modifications. He is straight up and honest, and will work with you in all phases of construction. I have asked him to have any potential home builders contact me or visit my home to see the quality of his work.
