Terrible shop. Worse customer service. I brought my 02 duramax in to power thinking they would be a good shop being a dealership. There was a problem in my transmission. I asked that they replace the TCM. It was supposed to be an in and out job. I ordered the parts well in advance. It took nearly a week to get it back. Made it 6 miles and broke down. Oil Change When my car showed it needed oil change before the assigned due date ,I called to report my problem, and Mike was very generous and kind. He told me to bring the car right away. Thank you.
Loving my new Camaro absolutely an all around great buying experience . They gave me a great trade in value for my truck, were straight forward and didn't try and tack on a bunch off hidden fees. I will certainly be back.

Unresponsive After spending around $3000 to have an oil pump repaired, I drove 150 miles only to have the transmission overheat and the front differential litterally exploded as well as the torque converter. The front differential appears to have overheated casuing both issues. The front differential was removed while repairing the oil pump. Awesome service When my truck broke down Eron Griffon was amazing at getting my truck in and getting me a loaner to get me to work and my truck was done in under a week the service department is also amazing
Greatest service ever. Recommend shopping at this From the sales to the service department was awesome! We were treated like royalty. There was a small issue on the truck my husband wanted fixed. The manager jumped right on it. The service department took the time to listen to my husband and the truck was fixed perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle
Five stars Eron Griffin with Power Chevrolet is the best,He took the time to find what best fit my budget and still getting me into a truck. Few hiccups on my end but still made it work out.
