I have been going to Paul Vincent for 10 plus years. He is the best! No one does colour like Paul, and he is also the most pleasant and professional stylist. Always on time and always enjoyable to visit with. Cannot recommend Paul more. Please ignore the 2 negative/nonsense reviews below. This was a result of online scammers who left bad reviews and called Paul to offer to remove the comments for money. Not legit customers.
