Dr Ulrich was very thorough and informative.
My wife has been having sharp pains in her left shoulder for some time now and she finally decided to seek medical advice. She called Dr Alrich's office and got an appointment in two weeks. We were taken into an examination room within 10 minutes of our arrival and prior to the scheduled appointment time. Everyone on his staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Ulrich and team did a full knee replacement for me and the entire experience was beyond expectations. His knowledge and use of the robotic process resulted is a precise fit of the titanium and teflon joints. He personally followed up post surgery multiple times to check on my recovery. Dr. Ulrich is a master surgeon.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ulrich! He is very thorough and explains everything. Nothing is rushed and he listened to all my questions! I had a right full knee replacement and I have healed up nicely. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!!
I am so pleased with my reverse shoulder replacement. Before the surgery I was in a great deal of pain. After, I am able to move my arm without pain! Dr. Ulrich explained what would happen and what I should do after the surgery. He was good at taking the time to answer my questions so that I understood what to expect. I would also like to add how wonderful his staff is as well. So positive and helpful during each appointment as well as returning my calls with my questions.
