I have had great experience with Paul tree Farms. I have a beautiful Zumi crab in my backyard, about 5-6 years old, and a fairly new fire maple in front. Both are in great condition, and Danny has given me several tips on how to keep them healthy which have worked out well. I swear by the root injections, they are worth the money. The trees aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. I'm through with buying inferior tree stock at Lowes and Menards. I'm about to get some arbor vitae planted...can't wait! Thanks Danny!

I was quoted a price for a specific variety and size tree and when I went to pick them up, they would not honor the price I was quoted. Trees were nice but not worth more than I was quoted. Very disappointed with their way of doing business. The owner tried to tell me how I should be doing business and how I should charge for plants. If I operated the way he does I would be out of business in a month.

Carol, I apologize for the mistake in price. You stated you wanted Techny Arborvitae and I thought you wanted pyramidal arborvitae. However, when you were taken on a tour the price WAS confirmed and you agreed to the price and hand-picked the trees you wanted. The owner dug the trees, balled and burlapped them, brought them to the front to load while you left the farm to take a long lunch. These trees weighed about twenty five hundred pounds and it was extremely windy that day. When you arrived back to the farm you cancelled... read more
Not good customer service at all! Our one tree has had problems ever since they planted it, and it's now been over a year and no one has come back out to look at it. Numerous phone calls to owners and put off several times. Spent a good amount of money on it, along with the watering and extra root injections to save it. The last time we were in touch with them, they said they would send someone out to spruce up our tree.
