I reached out to Paul Stein Plumbing for an issue with a newly purchased house this last weekend. I spoke with the representative who answered their 24 line and told her specifically; I had a leak coming up from my floor, how I had turned off the water, my meter was not spinning, but there was still a small amount coming up in between the seam of my hardwood floor and where a bathroom is located .
