Luis was respectful and did his work well.
Not that the I do not appreciate that the job was done, but the charge of $764 for a one hour and 15 minutes is ridiculous. They have changed the way they charge, apparently. No longer by hour, but the job. He replaced two valves for washer ns dryer and a section of a pipe outside. On top of that, the job had been scheduled for Tuesday, between 10 and 12, no show.
