Great customer service. Used Paul's team to fix a plumbing issue in our house, unfortunately a few months later one of the parts broke (part issue not install issue). I emailed Paul later that night, and he came out 7am the next day to replace to part.

I was blown away with the whole amazing experience in getting a toilet blockage fixed. Paul was upfront and clear with the cost and job requirements. Although I got an appointment time, Cooper arrived only a 90 minutes after the initial call. You rarely get this kind of responsiveness from anybody these days. The job of unblocking the toilet was done professionally and was completed within the hour. Will be recommending them to anybody that needs a plumber in the inner west thanks guys Leo
