After recent diagnostic tests at Colorado Springs Orthopaedic, Dr. Stanton conducted a brisk but not brusque interview, in which he showed me what has happened to my back and why treatment is needed sooner rather than later. Although some patients say they didn't like his "bedside manner", I found him to be straightforward, and he answered all of my questions clearly. I hope to explore some other questions that I thought of afterward with his nurse soon.

Dr. Stanton and his entire team were amazing. I was able to see him for a consult fairly quickly and my issue was explained to me very well and all of my questions were answered clearly. I had an L4-L5 fusion and spent the night in their surgery center. This was planned and not due to any sort of complication. The nurses there were so kind and attentive. I was referred to Colorado Springs Orthopedic by my doctor in Pueblo. I am going to have back surgery soon and Dr. Stanton and his associates we're very good explaining my procedure and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I'm anticipating feeling better and getting back to enjoying an active life again.
