Poor communication, consistently late on payments, will promise but never deliver. Would not recommend as a property manager.
I recently bought a home in this crazy market and needless to say it was a good experience as I worked with Paul Snyder lll. My Fiancee and I purchased a rental property in Columbia Pa, and Paul was our relator. We purchased the property about 2 months ago. I purposely waited to post this review because in the months leading to closing Paul assured us he would help in the process of getting new leases signed and the proper Burrough inspections etc. I post this review the owner of a cash flowing 4 unit.
