It took roughly an hour to install the thermostat which felt about right as the wiring had to be modified to integrate with our existing system. The technician thoroughly explained every step and the setup has worked well since completion.
They did notice a little refrigerant leak during the preventive maintenance and fixed it instantly. They did take a little longer than expected to reset the thermostat thereafter. Overall great job but would have liked to see a little more efficiency in the closing steps.
I decided to write a review since the technician swiftly found an issue with my portable A/C's drain line and corrected it within an hour, which was much faster than I anticipated. So far the fix looks to be holding up nicely. The earlier service by another business never addressed the fundamental problem.
My airflow is substantially better after the vent cleaning and the technician took time to explain to me the need of regular maintenance unlike the previous business I employed . This visit was a little longer, around two hours, but they were meticulous and didn't leave a mess behind.
The appointment was easy to schedule and the technician arrived right on time. The service exceeded my expectations. Very reliable company.
