I had Paul provide me a homeowner's insurance policy last year. This year, I was able to find a company to bundle my policies and I have been attempting to reach Paul to cancel my policy with him and he is not responding to me. I've repeatedly emailed him, called and left him a voicemail and texted him. It's been nearly a month and he's just not responsive. When you need help - where is Paul?
I’m one of those people who always shops around—maybe a little too much. Even though Paul came highly recommended to me, I still did my own research and got multiple quotes. He’s simply amazing—efficient, honest, and genuinely looking out for your best interest. If you’re not reaching out to Paul for your home insurance needs, you’re making a big mistake.
