I had Paul provide me a homeowner's insurance policy last year. This year, I was able to find a company to bundle my policies and I have been attempting to reach Paul to cancel my policy with him and he is not responding to me. I've repeatedly emailed him, called and left him a voicemail and texted him. It's been nearly a month and he's just not responsive. When you need help - where is Paul?
