Dr. Sanford is a unicorn among doctors. I have not had a Dr truly listen and go over my chart and explain things and be truly empathetic and kind and actually do a physical not just say they did since pre COVID. He made me feel heard with all of my symptoms and took them seriously. He did a true physical exam, reflex check, looked in my ears even. Haven't had a Dr look in my ears and throat since bf COVID. I have yet to sit down with a Doctor who actually read all 400+ pages of my medical records from my motorcylde v. truck accident before we met, quoting portions of what I remembered to be true.
