Great doctor but office codes things incorrectly so patient has to fight with insurance company. Both my husband and I had to deal with multiple calls to get a preventative colonoscopy coded properly on our bill so insurance would cover the costs. I will change my review for care to 5 stars if the billing office takes care of their mistake that is now costing us time and money.
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Berg. He is an exceptional GI doctor who truly takes the time to listen to his patients and address their concerns with care and expertise. Unlike many doctors who rush through appointments, Dr. Berg is thorough, patient, and deeply knowledgeable. His understanding of gastrointestinal health goes far beyond surface level treatment. Dr.Paul Berg can detect the patient’s need and he is very professional in his medical field. I did 3times endoscopy and colonoscopy but couldn’t feel that a medical procedure has been done to me. His anesthesiologist is also very competent, I did not had any problem in my throat, coarse feeling Or whatsoever. I highly recommend him as an excellent gastroenterologist.
Best doctor ever and the whole staff are very nice and supportive I love to go there
