They are great men and know their business! I am very happy with their work and they come whenever I have a problem. I’ve never had to wait!! They are very reasonable with their prices. Their work is very professional as well as their customer service! I will never hire anyone else! Good family!!
I strongly do not recommend this company for heating needs. Over the past four weeks, they have repeatedly canceled appointments and made countless excuses for failing to look at my furnace. Every time I followed up, I was met with unprofessional responses and a complete lack of accountability. I was repeatedly told, "someone will be over tomorrow or the next day," yet nobody ever showed up or called. Figures my furnace act up b4 holidays and of course durring hunting season that the Salernos live for - but they came ASAP and solved furnace issue - actually best it's run since new !! Excellent - knowledgeable service and also nice to see two brothers working side by side - great team !!
New heat pump system works great good service from them only thing slow In getting back to me 4weeks after job completion to come check job and make sure all is good
