I highly recommend Dr. Saiz and his team. His office was very efficient with all of my appointments. Dr. Saiz always took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, and left no questions unanswered. I feel so much better than I did before my surgery, and all of my post-op appointments have gone well and he's taken the time to talk to me. He's very kind and considerate.

I had a laminectomy from dr. saiz on june the twentieth my experince pre and post was wonderful,botth he and his staff are some of the most professional people i have ever dealt with. everything was competly explained,and all arrangements quickly and coorretley completed.my appointments were on time,the office was clean and the staff and dr. saiz were considerate. this practice is head and shoulders above the rest of proffessionals in the area! i highly reccomend them.
They are very rude and unpleasant to talk to, they look down at you and act like you are a burden as if they are saying HOW DARE YOU ASK ME TO DO MY JOB!! I canceled my appointment because of their attitudes and went someplace else for care. This is at three crosses. I hope the higher ups see this and have a discussion with these ladies, they are a reflection of the practice.
First off, I want to state that this is a surgical spine practice and it took me a bit to understand that and once I did, I understood after my first visit that it was actually good news that I did not need surgery! The staff was great, Dr. Saiz is knowledgeable and thorough, I really appreciated his honesty. I will definitely recommend him to anyone with any spine issues to figure out if they need surgery or not. Thank you Dr. Saiz and staff!!
My visit was terrible. I didn't get to see the doctor. The medical assistant is incompetent when I come to computer skills not being able to open my MRI and when I offered to show her how to open the file got extremely mad at me. I over heard her tell someone. " The MRI is no good and will not open." My pain doctor had no issues with me showing them how to open the MRI file. But Dr Saiz medical assistant didn't want any help. I have gone to Dr. Saiz since 2008 and am always very impressed with his professionalism and care. He has performed surgery on me and the after-care was great.
Great, I’m a physician, turned down all out of state back specialists, he did a great job, recovery was faster and better than expected, back to work in one week, after major surgery (decompression) not worth out of state expense travel and followup, when we have him locally, as good as him.
Very patient, very thorough. I understood my diagnosis, needed treatment and prognosis clearly.
