I purchased a brand new vehicle in Sept, I would give that experience a 4.5 star review. Shortly after we had an issue that was clearly a manufacturing issue, after three months, unreturned phone calls, downloading pictures three times, I gave a 1 star review. They immediately responded, Karen, one of the service managers provided excellent service and remedied the issue. She deserves 5 stars! So I will average out my three impressions and update my review.
Highly recommend. I just picked up my new car yesterday and I’m so so happy. Brad and Simon are amazing! I will continue to purchase cars from this dealership and have all my service done by them as well.
