Let's start with some positive. I had been a customer for a while and liked to shop there because most the staff is knowledgable and helpful. I recently sent my wife to purchase photo paper and they just handed it to her without packaging (that you need for storage so it does not get damaged and it is how a NEW product is sold!). When I saw it, I ask her to take back. She went back to store and had the misfortune to meet Mark, the owner. He was very aggressive and intimidating towards her and told her that he will not take back the product (it was still unused with the plastic un-opened). Maybe Mark thinks that since he is dealing with a woman, it is OK to behave like this. When I called to request a meeting with him, he decided to refund the money. I don't care that much about $36, but the fact that he was acting in a harrasing way towards my wife, made him loose a customer. You have great employees and I liked your store, but because of you, we will never return to your store again.

I am sorry you feel this way We are 100% supportive of your wife. She came in and got a refund even though at purchase she was told it was non-refundable. Then she "warned" me you were on your way and said we should be very concerned. I told her that you had already called and threatened me, telling me you'd be here in 30 minutes, so I had notified Torrance Police. She said that we couldn't do that but it had already been done. As a business owner protecting the safety of our employees is #1 priority!

Not Just a Camera Store This is a small camera store with a wide selection of products. They do not just carry cameras here. They have printers, paper, cases, etc. The owner is very knowledgeable and is very willing to help you troubleshoot with any problems you might be having with your camera. They do repairs here as well. They also offer classes to help you learn about your camera and to figure out all the buttons!

Photo and Video Equipment Paul's photo offers a wide variety of high end cameras, lenses,and accessories. The store is somewhat messy and can be difficult to navigate, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.
