Excellent service helping my parents re-key exterior doors in their new home. Courteous technician, Chad was attentive and prompt.
Got locked out of my car and was recommended by a friend to call these guys!! Needless to say, just about every person I spoke to throughout the several hours that they kept me waiting; were rude, and unprofessional. Especially Randy and Travis, they should not be dispatchers or in customer service at all. I ended up going with North Country Locksmith instead, I highly recommend their service! Ask for Mike, he was there in 10 minutes and got me out in less than 5!
I stopped in because I had a jammed key in a new hitch lock. The guy brought out a sledge hammer to tap on the key. No result. It turns out that the lock needed some lubricant, but apparently the sledge jammed the mechanism so it had to be cut off. He did not want cut it off "for liability reasons". Not helpful and not recommended.
