Best locksmith in Rochester. Experts, friendly and fair prices.
Needed a replacement key fob for a car and they were able to order the item and program it at an affordable cost. They also gave me a couple options depending on my needs in order to keep the price down. They communicated well and were able to give me prompt attention.
Accidently locked myself out of the house 9:30 pm on a Saturday. The weather was 14 degrees. Called multiple times and left 3 messages for emergency service. NEVER got a response. I don't recommend them.
Called Paul’s lock and key to help us unlock our house as our key broke in the lock. They told us it would be 20/30 minute wait which was no big deal. We waited an hour and no one called. Had to wait with my wife and 15 month old son in our car. We had Mr. Speedy come out showed up in 15 minutes and had excellent service. I will never call Paul’s lock and key again. Horrible service. Still haven’t answered any of my calls.
