Dr Jackson was friendly courteous and explained to me exactly what was wrong. This visit really helped to assuage my anxiety and fear that the symptoms were the beginning of another big issue like I had in the past. Now I just have to get PT and manage the symptoms

Dr. Jackson is the best. I had a spinal cord injury almost 4 yrs ago and he saved me. I had double neck surgery and I recovered unbelievably:) He is so kind and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him for any spinal surgery.
In 2013 I felt weakness in my left leg. This was due to a disk basically getting squished from my spine into my spinal column and slightly compressing the spinal cord. The medical term for this condition is cervical spondylosis with myelopathy. Whether this occurred over time or from a single injury, I don't know. In my case, the weakness in my left leg is permanent -- from slight paralysis.
