The doctor seemed very annoyed by me and my questions and worries regarding my child's severe flat feet. My child experiences constant pain, and I was simply seeking guidance on how to help. I learned that there are limited treatment options, which I now understand, as the doctor reiterated this point multiple times. I was quite upset by the way he addressed me, as he did not seem to grasp my concerns and instead focused on his own interpretations of what he thought I was saying. Hello, my name is Jessica. I took in my son. He is about to be three years old. I took him in has been one of the little patients there. The staff treated us really nicely. Dr. Hong was such an amazing doctor. My experience was amazing, I had a couple of concerns and he went out of his way to go ahead and give me a couple of options and what would work best for my son. Thank you so much. You guys are all so amazing.
