Excellent customer service
So far so good. Yesterday was my first experience at Derhake Dental with Dr. Claire. I called the office and the young woman who answered the phone was pleasant, she listened, and she answered my questions. Upon arrival what stood out was the staff is made up of different generations. For me, it offers a great balance. Old school and new school combo. Dr. Claire was polite and direct but not forceful and did not rush. Dr. Claire told me what I needed I told her my wants and she came up with a plan. Though I have a road ahead... read more
Very nice staff very clean very prompt. I didn't wait at all to get started..very gentle cleaning...
My first visit, I was a little nervous. I had to have a NEW crown. I am afraid of needles, ok. The dentist was the absolute best. NO PAIN AT ALL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. I GIVE HER AND HER STAFF 10 STARS. THANK YOU!
