The office and staff are very friendly and kind as well as Dr. Burkey. Three of my sisters and myself have gone through braces with Dr. Burkey’s help. Today I got them off and could not stop smiling! I’ve had them on for about a year and 6 months and couldn’t be any more happy with the results! Every visit that I have had has always been amazing regarding the staff, environment, and the modifications to the braces.
What I experienced this morning was negligence defined. Three weeks ago I scheduled a 9:30 am appointment for a first initial consultation. I arrived promptly 5 minutes prior to my appointment. I was seated in the waiting room for the next 30 minutes watching new patients walk in, be seated, and helped prior still to myself. After that 30 minutes, I approach the counter to inquire the status to my appointment. Dr. Burkey provided orthodontic care for all three of our children. His staff makes sure you understand the treatment and the costs of the orthodontic plan per child. They have time for questions and respond to any issues that arise during treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Burkey.
