I saw interview on the internet regarding Condos De La Sapinière in Embrun. Mr. Rushfort and CH Clement stating that Condos De La Sapiniere in Embrun were soundproof " it was sanctuary " so we decided to buy on the lower level. It is not soundproof at all, we hear everything , I hear when someone goes to pee I hear people above us walking back and fourth, I hear when someone doing work 3 doors down..awful awful...I spoke to an owner that moved from Toronto, she was livid...due to false marketing.
Our realtor Dora Bejaoui helped make this home purchase seamless however I have never in all my occurences purchasing or selling ever had a realtor not give even so much as a thank you card. I've had some very amazing realtors who went out of their way to show appreciation. I've had sens tickets, gift cards, champagne but to not even get a thank you card?? Not very appreciative! A special thank you to Paul Rushforth for the use of the truck.
