Been with farmers for 40 years. My first agent would help you and talk to you about your policies he was a great agent. Then he retired and got this other guy what a joke he was whenever you went to talk about your policies, they go up the last time was like 200. He said they are going up again in January. Found a different company my price went down and they same policies
Every time I have called with questions I have received excellent service. I appreciate person to person service with someone who knows the answers.
I call to find out why I’m still being charged after canceling my insurance through them and not only would Paul not help me But he was also rude and unprofessional which isn’t something I’d expect from a fully grown man.
