I've ordered pizza from them in the past and the pizzas have ALWAYS bern fresh, hot, and tasty! However, their door dash policy SUCKS! My dasher was great, but Paul Revere put the completely WRONG pizza in my box, despite the tag of what I ordered was right on the box! Sealing it in fact! So, I call the store and they inform me that I have to go through door dash for my refund, even though it was THEIR MISTAKE! What's the dasher supposed to do?
