They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. I found it very hard to get an appointment. I am a patient of Dr. Remick.,last time I called for appointment the office girl wnted to know my whole medical history. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
