INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My girlfriend and I stopped in simply looking to be sized for rings. Jeff went above and beyond our expectations in educating us WRT rings, stones, fits and every question we could possibly have. Jeff was completely non-judgemental about our desires and we did not feel pressured to buy at all. We feel a lot more confident in choosing the correct ring for us in a way that an online purchase could never provide. We look forward to our own order in the very near future and thank you once again Jeff.
I took a ruby ring in to be sized. While there is was shown damage that would only get worse on the ring. They fixed the damage and seized it for what I was expecting to pay for just sizing. Couldn't be more pleased and it looks beautiful!
I have had family members buying items from this establishment and they have all loved the service. I was advised to call them and ask about the appraisal process and I have to admit, working and talking with Jeff was absolutely wonderful. He provided me with a wealth of knowledge, information and guidance. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for professionalism, great service and class. Big shout out to Jeff.
I would like to thank the staff at Paul-Randolph Jewellers for helping me convert my old wedding set into a beautiful new setting using my own diamonds.
