I have had family members buying items from this establishment and they have all loved the service. I was advised to call them and ask about the appraisal process and I have to admit, working and talking with Jeff was absolutely wonderful. There are few businesses that I would go out of my way to write a review for, but Paul Randolph absolutely deserves one. Jeff is a true artist!! He's made two custom rings for us. I can't imagine anyone more knowledgable and insightful as to the kind of gemstones we wanted, the proper design, all balanced within our budget. I was able to get the exact ring I wanted for less than the price of a similar mass-produced ring at the chain-store jeweller! Paul-Randolph is the place to go for heirloom quality jewelery in Ontario.
