Jeff at Paul Randolph helped us design my dream engagement ring. He was able to take a vision and turn it into a design that fit into our budget, Diamond requirements but also have it be functional and timeless. I can’t find words to describe how incredible these jewellers are. They made me my dream ring! It’s perfect. Jeff provided the most patient and professional service, gently guiding me along the way as I was designing my ring. I recently visited Paul-Randolph Jewellers to have a blue diamond replaced in a ring. The new stone was a perfect match — set beautifully in the ring . Not only did they replace the stone but took the time to explain to me why it would have loosened and fallen out and how to prevent that in the future Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship was great.
