Jeff is a true artist!! He's made two custom rings for us. I can't imagine anyone more knowledgable and insightful as to the kind of gemstones we wanted, the proper design, all balanced within our budget. I was able to get the exact ring I wanted for less than the price of a similar mass-produced ring at the chain-store jeweller! Paul-Randolph is the place to go for heirloom quality jewelery in Ontario.
Jeff at Paul Randolph helped us design my dream engagement ring. He was able to take a vision and turn it into a design that fit into our budget, Diamond requirements but also have it be functional and timeless.
